Kelly Mulcahy is a graduate of UC Davis and McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Mulcahy worked for the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office as a Deputy District Attorney for 35 years reaching the rank of Supervising Deputy District Attorney.

As a Supervising Deputy District Attorney in the DUI Settlement Courts, she handled 250+ DUI cases each week.

About Keith Miller
Keith Miller graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. degree in Chemistry and a minor in Environmental Toxicology.
While at UCD, Mr. Miller began working in areas of novel bio-chemical measurement and detection in the human body at the UC Davis Laboratory of Energy-related Health Research (LEHR). During his 25+ year career, Keith continued working to develop and implement novel measurement techniques resulting in multiple United States and International Patents.
Mr. Miller collaborated with some of the worlds’ largest chemical and pharmaceutical companies. As such, his work is published in scientific texts and industry periodicals. Additionally, Mr. Miller has given presentations at numerous scientific conferences.
In 2014, Mr. Miller graduated from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento with a Juris Doctorate degree.
