Driving Under the Influence

Experience when it matters most.

Vehicle Code 23152, 23153, 20001, 20002, 14601.2

Being arrested for a DUI/Hit and Run can have an immediate impact on your employment, vehicle, professional license, and /or driver's license.

Once arrested for a DUI, you have 10 days to postpone the automatic arrest-triggered license suspension (called an Administrative Per Se suspension).

DUI convictions have collateral consequences involving license suspensions, fines, jail time, mandatory classes, as well as a possible felony down the road if arrested again.

DUI law is extremely nuanced and consulting an attorney who understands those nuances as well as the DMV licensing process will have important life-long consequences for you and your family.

Ms. Mulcahy spent the last 3 years of her career as Deputy District attorney handling a DUI caseload.  As such, she handled 250+ cases a week.  As a Deputy District Attorney, she evaluated each case from what the prosecution could prove as well as what a good defense attorney would (and SHOULD) argue on any given case.

Going to court can be a burden - In most cases, Ms. Mulcahy can appear for you at every court appearance as well as your DMV suspension hearing.

Juvenile Law

Justice for You
